The problem with running low on anti-depressants is that you then become too depressed to refill your prescription. Then, you finally muster the energy to go pick up the refill only to wander the store aimlessly just long enough for the pharmacy to close early due to weekend hours. Then you shuffle back home to bed where you remain. Thankfully, you can blog about it in hopes that your husband will read about it (because you don't have the energy to talk about it), take pity on you and pick up the prescription refills himself while you commence with the crying jags. Super Fun! Oh, and I'd like to give a shout out to the great doctor I saw a couple months back who suggested that exercise really helps with mood and low energy. She was brilliant.
