Bush's first Secretary of Disinformation - Ari Fleischer commented (Daily Show) that under Obama's plan 45% of Americans wouldn't pay any tax and he didn't think that was healthy for the country. I really can't believe that 45% of the country would be tax free. Even so, from what I can see only the very well off will see an increase.
