Review: Harry Connick Jr. - Your Songs
I was selected by One2One Network to receive a free copy of Harry Connick Jr.'s new CD, Your Songs in exchange for providing my honest opinion in a review on my blog.
I have to say, I do love me some Harry Connick Jr. I love it when he croons. I can even watch him in a less than stellar performance like Hope Floats. But when it comes to old classics, I tend to prefer the original crooners to remakes. So, when I gave this CD a listen, I have to admit, hearing Harry do these old classics wasn't the same as hearing Frank Sinatra, Nat King Cole, or Elvis. At least, not for me.

I wanted to love it, I really did. But in the end, I have to say I like my Harry Connick Jr. more jazzy and upbeat. I'll take my classics from the old classics. That said, I still wouldn't kick him out of bed for eatin' crackers.
